This innovative hitch mounted motorcycle carrier is heavy duty and with a minimum of 1/8 inch thick steel construction it can handle a motorcycle up to 600 lbs. This motorcycle carrier is designed for motorcycles with wide back tires like many of today's high performance sport bikes and will fit motorcycles with wheelbases of up to 65 inches. The carrier track is 3 inches deep and 5 inches wide at the front tire area and a full 7.5 inches wide at the rear to accommodate wider sport bike tires. This motorcycle carrier also includes a loading ramp for loading your cycle on the carrier and it conveniently attaches on the carrier next to the carrier track for transport. This motorcycle hitch carrier has a carrying capacity of 600 lbs. so please check your vehicles hitch rating as well as the suspension carrying capability of the carrying vehicle. This unit works great for Rv's, campers, pick up trucks, vans and SUV's with heavy duty suspensions. To use the full hauling capacity of this carrier a class IV or V trailer hitch is recommended.
